After having a bit of a blip due to the heatwave, I’ve decided I need to do something about it. I thought I need a photography based challenge. I own the book below (I’m not endorsed, as I’m the only person reading my blog!).
This is the book my husband gave me, but it also was recommended to me by my photography lecturer. It’s a nice, easy to read and understand book. Despite that, I still haven’t really sat down and read it properly! I could blame my toddler, but that wouldn’t be true…
Chapter 4 of the book is all about core skills. My intention is to work my way through the core skills and create a blog about each of them. Hopefully this will be helpful to me and help some of it stick in my brain, and maybe, when I get another reader, it’ll be helpful to them too!
So I will kickstart my challenge by getting to grips with the magical triangle that is Aperture, Shutter speed and ISO. I look forward to trying to explain that with photos. Hopefully I’ll be back soon, provided I haven’t melted in the heat…
