{"id":475,"date":"2018-08-27T11:11:48","date_gmt":"2018-08-27T11:11:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.smudgeonthelens.co.uk\/?p=475"},"modified":"2018-08-27T11:11:48","modified_gmt":"2018-08-27T11:11:48","slug":"tags","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.smudgeonthelens.co.uk\/?p=475","title":{"rendered":"Tags"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday when I was writing a blog I spotted the tags section at the bottom of the page.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-477 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.smudgeonthelens.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/tag-300x218.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"218\" \/><br \/>\nI&#8217;ve not done anything with Tags before, so I had a quick Google.\u00a0 This website explains it quite clearly:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wpbeginner.com\/glossary\/tag\/\">https:\/\/www.wpbeginner.com\/glossary\/tag\/<\/a><br \/>\nI&#8217;ve added some tags to one of my posts, so I&#8217;ll just have a little play around to see what it does.\u00a0 I couldn&#8217;t see the tags when I looked at the individual post, so I&#8217;ve added a Tag Cloud widget to the Blog sidebar, and renamed it &#8220;Hot Topics&#8221;.\u00a0 It shows all the tags I entered.\u00a0 So I think the next step would be to go through some of my photography blogs and add a few more tags.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-481 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.smudgeonthelens.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Tags1-300x202.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday when I was writing a blog I spotted the tags section at the bottom of the page.
